A colourful piece made with one gold colour brass “goddess eye” bead in the middle, and pearly sheen glass beads in bright colours. This bracelet is neat and made to have alone for a clean look, or together with more colourful jewelry. Click the picture and then the magnifying glass to zoom in. You can’t adjust the length of this bracelet by yourself, but the nylon cord is flexible. I make them in what appears to be “medium” size, but if you want extra small or large, please write to me so I can make you a specific one.

The eye symbol has appeared over many countries, in many civilisations and cultures over thousands of years. I believe it goes as far back as to ancient Egypt and the eye of Horus, yet the eye is called ‘Nazar’ most commonly now. In ancient time Malta, and around the Mediterranean, often eyes were painted on the boats as a knowing that the goddess watched over the boats. Instead of interpreting the eye as to ward of bad luck, I see it as a sign of divinity, and that we are always watched over with the kindest of eyes, indeed protected by love. This symbol always take me back to the Mediterranean with its colours and vibration, and that is one of my favourite places on earth since childhood, and on Crete in Greece is where I first bought a necklace with this symbol that became my favourite and I have kept that bead ever since…
